If you are one of those people we are happy to offer affordable individual holistic health consultations with our expert Naturopathic/Ayurvedic team. (note: for best value, we highly recommend our Month-to-Month or 3-Month Journey To Health programs that include weekly appointments)

 

To get started, purchase the "Starter Package" (includes initial appointment AND your first follow-up appointment - only $99 for a limited time!), book your Initial Journey to Health appointment, and then submit your Comprehensive Health Review 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

During your initial appointment with Dr. Forrest and Naomi you will receive a holistic health analysis, discuss your health goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. Shortly after your initial appointment you will receive and begin your custom healing plan.

 

A week after your initial appointment you will have your second appointment (included in the price of the "Starter Package") where we will review your health plan and answer any questions you have. After your second appointment, you can book appointments as-needed to address specific issues as they come up or to simply check-in, discuss the victories and challenges you've faced, assess your progress, and to update your plan as needed.

We believe in your body's innate ability to heal.
