With our Journey To Health program you will set goals to improve your health and meet with our holistic team every week for as long as it takes to achieve them. This will not only keep you on-track and accountable for the commitment you've made to your wellbeing - it will also allow us to adapt your healing plan to the circumstances that inevitably change as life unfolds. For a limited time we are offering this program for $149 PER MONTH - a price significantly lower than most practitioners charge for an initial visit! To get started, set up a user profile, select a Journey To Health program below, book your Initial Journey to Health appointment, and then submit your Comprehensive Health Review 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
During your initial appointment with Dr. Forrest and Naomi you will receive a holistic health analysis, discuss your health goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. Shortly after your initial appointment you will receive and begin your healing plan and will continue meeting with Dr. Forrest and Naomi every week for 20 minutes to check-in, discuss the victories and challenges you've faced, assess your progress, and to update your plan as needed.
