NEW PATIENTS ONLY! This is a completely free holistic health analysis and personal consultation with Dr. Forrest, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (NMD). Before you schedule your initial consult it is important that you fill out and submit your Comprehensive Health Review. This health review will be used as the foundation of our 15-minute discussion about the specific ways our programs can empower your own transformative healing. After this discussion you will have a good sense of whether our program is right for you, but there is no obligation to purchase any goods or services!

Cancellation Policy

(1) Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid charges. If you are unavailable at our second attempt to contact you for your appointment (5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time), your appointment will be considered cancelled without notice. Please see our policy section (https://www.archwayvitality.com/policies) for more information. (2) Retreat Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your retreat, you must do so before one month prior to the retreat start date (if you have paid in full before this date you will receive a 50% refund). Initial 20% deposits are non-refundable, but if you have paid in full and cancel by two months prior to the start date you will receive an 80% refund (total cost minus 20% deposit). Please understand that because of the limited number of rooms available and the fact that the retreat is coming up soon, we cannot offer any refunds once the retreat is one month (or less) away.
