Service Description

Have you been given a diagnosis that you feel is incorrect? Have you been prescribed a medication that you are concerned about taking? Have you been told "you are in perfect health" despite feeling awful? Then this is for you! Meet one-on-one with Dr. Forrest and/or Naomi to get an expert, holistic, second opinion on a particular diagnosis and/or treatment (or lack-there-of) that you have questions or concerns about.

Cancellation Policy

(1) Appointment Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid charges. If you are unavailable at our second attempt to contact you for your appointment (5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time), your appointment will be considered cancelled without notice. Please see our policy section (https://www.archwayvitality.com/policies) for more information. (2) Retreat Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your retreat, you must do so before one month prior to the retreat start date (if you have paid in full before this date you will receive a 50% refund). Initial 20% deposits are non-refundable, but if you have paid in full and cancel by two months prior to the start date you will receive an 80% refund (total cost minus 20% deposit). Please understand that because of the limited number of rooms available and the fact that the retreat is coming up soon, we cannot offer any refunds once the retreat is one month (or less) away.
